Hamburg, 6 August 2026 – The NAGA Group AG (XETRA: N4G, ISIN: DE000A41YCM0) maintains a “Buy” rating in the latest research update published by NuWays. The price target remains unchanged at EUR 7.30. Based on a Xetra closing price of EUR 3.40 on 5 August 2026, the share is attributed an upside potential of 115%.

The analysts particularly highlight the first profitable half-year in the Company’s history. In H1 2026, EBITDA increased by 47% (fx-adjusted: 64%) to EUR 4.4m, while net profit turned positive at EUR 0.9m. Key drivers include a more focused marketing strategy, lower employee, technology and operating expenses, as well as AI-supported processes across onboarding, support, reporting and content. The analysts also see higher client quality and improved transparency as positive factors for the Company’s further development.
